It is well past time to post these pictures, which have been sitting on my computer since September. when we had a family get-together. Our afternoon started with a walk in Chagrin River Park and a swim in the river for Wally, the canine in the crowd.
Bob, Bryan, and Wally started down the trail toward the river. 
Wally found a stick in the river, which led to a rousing game of fetch... 
Some acrobatics, 
As well as an energetic round of “keep away.” 
Wally had great fun playing on the beach! 
Meanwhile, Becky and Alison got out the croquet set and challenged each other to a match. I think it ended in a draw, but they might challenge the outcome. 
Back home, Wally found another ball and other toys as well. There’s no end to Wally’s entertainment…just give him a ball or a stuffed animal, and he will go for hours. 
New toys … 
And a bigger ball…and Wally was off and running again.

…TO CHASE A SQUIRREL UP THE TREE! 
REST BREAK! Wally needs to to stretch out and catch his breath.
